Payment Methods

We offer flexible payment options to suit your convenience. Payments for services can be made through the following methods:

- Check

- Venmo

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in advance. Please ensure that payment is provided promptly to avoid any delays or service interruptions.

New Client Discount

We value our new clients and want to make your first experience with Benitez Cleaning Services exceptional. That’s why we offer a 30% discount on your first regular cleaning service. Please note that this discount applies only to standard cleaning services—deep cleaning services are not eligible for the discount and are always billed at full price.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our services and availability for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

- 48 Hours Notice: You may cancel your scheduled cleaning service up to **48 hours before the scheduled time** with no cancellation fees. Simply notify us, and we’ll reschedule or cancel your service as needed.

- 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel your service **within 24 hours** of the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the total service price. This policy helps us manage our schedule and compensate for the last-minute changes.

If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, please contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate your new preferred time.
